We take great care in crafting and packaging your order. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

 Eligibility for Returns:

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Returns are only accepted in the case of:

    • Damaged or defective products

    • Incorrect product delivered

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

💸 Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method or your preferred bank account within 5–7 working days.
